The National Standing Committee for Communications:

Advises the CCCB Permanent Council on strategic orientations regarding communications, media relations and the public presence of the CCCB;
Identifies various key issues, situations and messages that may require the CCCB to intervene publicly.

Dr. Glenn Byer is Director of the Publications Service of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops. He holds a doctoral degree in liturgy from the Pontifical Institute of San’ Anselmo, Rome.
