Father André Gagnon, S.J., appointed as National Director for the French Sector in Canada

July 5, 2010 - Pontifical Missions Societies:

Cardinal Ivan Dias, Prefect of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, has appointed Father André Gagnon, S.J., as National Director for the French Sector of the Pontifical Mission Societies (PMS) in Canada. The appointment is for a five-year term.

Father Gagnon replaces Ms. Huguette Le Blanc. He brings with him a wealth of administrative, missionary and pastoral experience. At the time of his appointment, he was Assistant to the Director of the French Sector PMS.
