Bush, President of the United States of America, Mr. Tony Blair, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Ms. Angela Merkel, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Mr. Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, Mr. Nicolas Sarkozy, President of the French Republic, Mr. Romano Prodi, Prime Minister of the Italian Republic, Mr. Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan, and Mr. Vladimir V. Putin, President of the Russian Federation.
