Restorative Justice Week, November 14-21, 2010

Restorative Justice Week will be celebrated this year November 14 to 21 on the theme “Reflexions Past, Present and Future”.

Materials in English and French to help observe Restorative Justice Week 2010 are available:

The Church Council on Justice and Corrections (CCJC) was co-founded in 1972 by the Canadian Council of Churches and the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops, and continues to receive annual funding assistance from the CCCB. Proceeding from a Christian foundation, CCJC promotes community responsibility for justice with an emphasis on addressing the needs of victims and offenders, mutual respect, healing, individual accountability, and crime prevention.
