CCCB President writes Pope Francis for 5th anniversary of his pontificate

pope  francisThe President of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB), the Most Reverend Lionel Gendron, P.S.S., Bishop of Saint-Jean-Longueuil, has written to His Holiness Pope Francis in celebration of the fifth anniversary of his election to the Chair of Saint Peter, 13 March 2018. In his letter, Bishop Gendron writes: "Your petrine ministry has been marked by the growing awareness of the need for tenderness, compassion and hope to be foundational in our own ministries, and for this we are truly grateful."
