SL_logo_EN_HighRes_RGBThe Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB) held its annual Plenary Assembly, 23-27 September 2013, at the Hotel Mont Gabriel, Sainte-Adèle, Quebec. Salt + Light Television, the Canadian Catholic television network, broadcasted key Plenary events live online and on television. In addition to the tens of thousands of homes in Canada that viewed the Plenary proceedings on Salt + Light TV, the online viewing statistics for both CCCB and Salt + Light websites were outstanding. A minimum of 12,000 computers were viewing the Plenary sessions live and at least 8,050 downloads were completed of various materials relating to the week-long event.  Online viewership came from a vast array of countries, over 20, including Canada, the Unites States, Italy, France, Vatican City, Democratic Republic of Congo, Germany, Austria, Japan, Ivory Coast and others.
