Bush, President of the United States of America, Mr. Gordon Brown, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Ms. Angela Merkel, Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany, Mr. Stephen Harper, Prime Minister of Canada, Mr. Nicolas Sarkozy, President of the French Republic, Mr. Silvio Berlusconi, Prime Minister of Italy (President of the Council of Ministers of Italy), Mr. Yasuo Fukuda, Prime Minister of Japan, and Mr. Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev, President of the Russian Federation.
