Bill 52: A Call to Conscience from the Archbishop of Montreal

In a public statement released yesterday in Montreal’s daily newspapers, the Most Reverend Christian Lépine, Archbishop of Montreal, made an appeal to the public conscience in advance of the vote by Quebec’s National Assembly on Bill 52. The proposed legislation would legalize euthanasia under the name “medical aid in dying”.
