Catholic Health Alliance of Canada responds to decision by BC Court of Appeal concerning assisted suicide and euthanasia

The Catholic Health Alliance of Canada (CHAC) has issued a statement following the decision this past October 10 by the B.C. Court of Appeal in the case of Carter v. Canada (Attorney General), regarding the constitutionality of the Criminal Code provisions against assisted suicide and euthanasia, with the main focus of the case on the prohibition against assisting another person to commit suicide.
