This past January 31, the United Nations Committee on the Rights of the Child released its “Concluding Observations on the Second Periodic Report of the Holy See”. The Most Reverend Paul-André Durocher, Archbishop of Gatineau and President of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB), has given interviews on questions raised by the UN report:
