CCCB President speaks at 2014 Supreme Convention of the Knights of Columbus
Wednesday, August 6, 2014The Most Reverend Paul-André Durocher, Archbishop of Gatineau and President of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB), addressed the 2014 Supreme Convention of the Knights of Columbus on August 6. The Supreme Convention is meeting in Orlando, Florida, August 5 to 7. Other Bishops from Canada also present are: His Eminence Gérald Cyprien Cardinal Lacroix, Archbishop of Québec and Primate of the Church in Canada; the Most Reverend Christian Lépine, Archbishop of Montréal; the Most Reverend Martin William Currie, Archbishop of St. John’s; the Most Reverend Noël Simard, Bishop of Valleyfield and Chair of the Catholic Organization for Life and Family; the Most Reverend Fred J. Colli, Bishop of Thunder Bay; the Most Reverend Gregory Bittman, Auxiliary Bishop of Edmonton; the Most Reverend Brian Bayda, C.Ss.R., Ukrainian Eparchial Bishop of Saskatoon; the Most Reverend David Motiuk, Ukrainian Eparchial Bishop of Edmonton; and the Most Reverend Ken Nowakoski, Ukrainian Eparchial Bishop of New Westminster. Abbot Peter Novecosky, O.S.B., Abbot Ordinary Emeritus of St. Peter’s Abbey, Muenster, Sask., is present as well.
