Diocesan Administrator elected for Rimouski

Subsequent to the death of the late Archbishop Pierre-André Fournier, the College of Consultors of the Archdiocese of Rimouski on January 14, 2015, elected Father Benoît Hins, then Vicar General, as Diocesan Administrator of Rimouski, as required by Canon 421 §1.
