Diocesan Administrator elected for Victoria

Subsequent to the installation of The Most Reverend Richard Gagnon as Archbishop of Winnipeg, the College of Consultors of the Diocese of Victoria on January 7, 2014, elected Father John Laszczyk as Diocesan Administrator of Victoria, as required by Canon 421 §1.
