Installation of the New Bishop of Antigonish

The Most Reverend Wayne Kirkpatrick will be installed as the Bishop of the Diocese of Antigonish at the St. Ninian Cathedral, on 3 February 2020 at 3:00 p.m. with the participation of the Most Reverend Luigi Bonazzi, Apostolic Nuncio to Canada, as well as a number of Archbishops and Bishops from across Canada. When appointed Bishop of Antigonish by the Holy Father on 18 December 2019, Bishop Kirkpatrick was serving as Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Toronto. The Most Reverend Brian Dunn served first as Bishop and then as Apostolic Administrator of the Diocese of Antigonish for the past ten years.
