ORDO – Liturgical Calendar 2021-2022

CCCB Publications has announced that the English and French editions of the ORDO – Liturgical Calendar 2021-2022 are now available for ordering. The yearly ORDO provides complete liturgical information and explanatory notes for each day. The 2021-2022 Liturgical Year begins the First Sunday of Advent and ends with the 34th Week in Ordinary time. In addition to Pastoral Notes which assist and give direction for planning a variety of liturgical celebrations and occasions, the ORDO includes the references to the Roman Missal; Excerpts from the Roman Missal; the Lectionary (for Sundays and Solemnities; Weekdays); the Liturgy of the Hours; references to the Book of Gospels; and the Lectionary: Ritual Masses, Masses for Various Needs and Occasions, Votive Masses, Masses for the Dead. The 2021-2022 ORDO also includes the National Collections, the Proper Calendar for the Dioceses of Canada, and special dates for pastoral planning in 2022, together with a Table of Moveable Dates.
