The Most Reverend Pierre-André Fournier, Archbishop of Rimouski and President of the Assembly of Québec Catholic Bishops (AECQ), released this morning, April 3, 2014, a statement following the proclamation of Bishop François de Laval and Mother Marie of the Incarnation as Saints.
