The Most Reverend Guy Desrochers, C.Ss.R., Takes Canonical Possession of Diocese of Pembroke

On 6 May 2020, the Holy Father appointed the Most Reverend Guy Desrochers, C.Ss.R., Bishop of the Diocese of Pembroke.

Bishop Desrochers’ installation will take place during a Eucharistic celebration at St. Columbkille Cathedral, Pembroke, on Friday, 3 July 2020 at 11:00 a.m., in the presence of the members of the College of Consultors, other clergy, and some lay faithful while respecting social distancing health measures.

Most Reverend Terrence Prendergast, S.J., Metropolitan Archbishop of Ottawa-Cornwall, will preside over the opening rites of this celebration.
