ebacher_ahmedArchbishop Roger Ébacher, President of the Human Rights Committee of the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB), asks the federal government to admit Mr. Mohuiddin (Din) Ahmed to Canada by means of a Temporary Residence Permit. Mr. Ahmed is in detention in the United States and faces expulsion to his country of origin, Bangladesh, where he will very likely be executed.  Mr. Ahmed has family in Canada.
