Operating in both official languages, the Office for Family and Life furthers the work of the Bishops of Canada by supporting dioceses/eparchies in the pastoral care of families as well as in promoting a culture which welcomes and protects life from conception to natural death. The Office, which is at the service of the entire Conference, supports in particular the work of the Standing Committee for Family and Life, and works in collaboration with other CCCB offices and structures in the fulfilment of its mandate.
