In view of the news story produced by ARTE entitled L’autre scandale de l’Église, to be broadcast in the Les Grands Reportages series on the RDI television network 25 and 26 April 2019, the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops (CCCB) and the Canadian Religious Conference (CRC) have prepared a joint statement in which both organizations condemn the wrongdoings and insist that the perpetrators must be investigated and judged by appropriate civil and ecclesiastical authorities.
