Ottawa – The Most Reverend Louis Dicaire, Auxiliary Bishop of Saint-Jean-Longueuil, died on 19 July 2020. Born in Montreal, 29 August 1946, Bishop Dicaire was ordained priest on 20 January 1974 for the Archdiocese of Montreal in Jean XXIII’s Parish where he served as Vicar for three years.
